What is Trendellenburg and Reverse Trendellenburg?
Some people perfer their hospital beds to
have Trendellenburg and Reverse Trendellenburg. This is a little
bit like a teeter-totter. The bed can be made to slant both ways;
and then you can still adjust the back and the legs.
Trendellenburg positions seems to be really helpful for those who are
disabled and need different positions to enhance pressure for the many
hours they may be in bed, versus the conventional hospital positions
that are available.

How "High" and How "Low" Do you Need Your Hospital Bed?
The main reason for wanting the bed higher is
for the caregiver. Getting the hospital bed real high makes it
much easier for the caregiver to take care of the patient. Some
patients need the bed real low for short people. Some people want
to sleep really low for fear of falling out. Some people want to
transfer to a wheelchair to get the bed the same height as the
wheelchair. Having that 3rd Motor is very useful!!!
